This unit is on the 6th floor and the master bedroom boasts beachfront views and a King size bed with private bath including whirlpool tub with separate shower and double sink vanity. The guest room has a queen bed with guest bathroom access. The junior suite has a full(double) bed; Sleeps 6 comfortably. A separate room for laundry is wonderful for those sandy bathing suits and floats! The kitchen/Dining Room/Living Room area is surrounded by windows for the most amazing views, especially sunsets! Marisol Condominium has a total of 45 units and only 20 rental units, there is ample space for everyone. Due to limited parking this complex only allows 2 spaces per condo. When you book with us, you are included 1 space for $55. If you need a 2nd space, you will need to pay additional $55. Pay Per Parking lot is available 1 block down from condo for $10/day. Community BBQ grills are located on the pool deck to enjoy beachfront/poolside meals!
